Ricky has over 35 years, he has held most positions within the maintenance and reliability and industrial in resolving complex maintenance and reliability issues worldwide. Ricky has held most positions within the maintenance and reliability field, working for company such as Exxon, Alumax Mt Holly, General Dynamics and the US Army. Ricky retried from US Army and Army reserves in 2008. Ricky's life has been committed to the maintenance and reliability field and the range of clients he has helped span multiple types of industries and facilities. He continues to serve the maintenance, reliability and world today as a Senior Reliability Advisor for Allied Reliability Group, a global family companies comprised of best-in-industry maintenance, reliability, and operational consulting and service, training, staffing, and integrated software solutions servicing the industrial and manufacturing sector.

World Class Maintenance was founded in 2018 by Ricky Smith CMRP, CMRT. He saw a need for Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices Training and Consulting Globally.
Our Growth
Over the years, we have expanded our services to include Maintenance and Reliability Certifications Preparations to include the CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technicians), and the CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).
